    • KH San Francisco Bay Area Raises Money for Haiti
      March 1, 2010

Kindred Hospital San Francisco Bay Area took up the task of raising money for the Haiti Earthquake Relief Fund when challenged by Northwest District Executive Director Sean McCarthy. The goal was to raise $3,000. Dietary Services made a wonderful lunch and CEO Michael Lawson encouraged all to donate money with a "keep the change" program that raised over $1,550. Other donations came from the staff, administration, department managers and the medical staff, totaling over $1,550.

In total, Kindred Hospital San Francisco Bay Area was able to raise $3,376, not including matching funds from the Kindred Foundation, which raises our total donation to the American Red Cross to $6,752.
